Full Job Description Facilities Team Member Position:

Full Time / Hourly Reports to: Projects & Amenities Manager Pelican Isle Yacht Club A Member-owned Private Club in North Naples recognized as the #7 Yacht Club in America and a Platinum Club of the World, with 420 Memberships and 190 Boat Slips. The Club is comprised of Members and Employees who are proud of our friendly and inclusive atmosphere, professional organization, and beautiful location. Our 20,000-square-foot Clubhouse features exceptional amenities, including Bocce Courts, a resort-style Pool and Spa, newly renovated Pickleball and Tennis Courts, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, and elegant Dining spaces that offer stunning waterfront views. The PIYC Facilities Team Member supports the safe and efficient operation of the Club’s buildings and grounds. This hands-on role includes routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that all areas of the Club are clean, functional, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn on the job while contributing to a high-performing team environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist with general repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical tasks Help set up, move, and store equipment or furniture for events or seasonal needs Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety across Club spaces Perform routine maintenance, upkeep, and assist with reservations for Clubhouse Amenity areas (Bocce Courts, Paddlesports, and Pool/Spa) Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and orderly Document completed tasks and maintenance issues using provided tracking systems Support the Projects & Amenities Manager and Facilities Supervisor in implementing preventative maintenance routines Assist with Marina operations, including docking, and ice/water deliveries to vessels Drive on an occasional basis for supplies, equipment, and Seasonal Staff transportation Provide support during special projects, storms, or emergencies as directed Attend weekly department meetings and communicate task progress effectively Skills and Abilities Basic understanding in technical, plumbing, electrical and HVAC operations Comfortable using hand and power tools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) Collaborate with colleagues for routine and special projects Willing to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying weights up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, bending and/or kneeling for repairs and maintenance of Club property, equipment, and machinery Communicate with Members, vendors, and colleagues in a professional manner May be required to perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned by the Projects & Amenities Manager or Facilities Supervisor Our New Team Member will Possess the
