Part Time Retail Team Member Florida Mail Center 8595 Collier Boulevard, Naples, FL 34114
Responsibilities:
- Open, run and close the store according to the established schedules
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sell products and services to customers.
- Price merchandise and ensure accurate pricing throughout the store
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and direct them to the department in charge.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Generate and send reports to the administrative area.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
