Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

• Tin City and/or 5th Ave Naples, FL Do you have the gift of gab, a love for sales, and feet that don’t mind putting in the miles (indoors, of course)? We’re looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our energetic team in sunny Naples, FL! What’s in it for you: $17.00 per hour
• paid regularly, not in seashells + Commission.

Must be 18 years of age. Part-time hours that leave room for beach days and brunch (as long as those are on weekdays). A fun, supportive team and a beautiful retail environment (no fluorescent lights of doom here). Retail experience is a must. What you’ll be doing: Welcoming every customer like they’re an old friend (or at least like they might buy something). Sharing product knowledge and making personalized recommendations

• aka, selling! Staying on your feet during your whole shift
• think of it as a paid step challenge. Keeping things tidy and stocked
• no one likes a messy shelf, right? You’re perfect for this role if you: Have real sales experience and actually like talking to people (we see you, social butterflies). Are comfortable approaching customers
• even the ones pretending they don’t see you. You can be on your feet for several hours without plotting revenge against your shoes. You are reliable, upbeat, and ready to bring good vibes. Are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
