Retail Sales Associate Confidential Naples, FL 34108 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Hourly wage is commensurate with experience. We also offer the opportunity to earn sales bonuses. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Process transactions accurately using retail math skills and ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions. Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively. Represent the brand positively in a variety of settings as needed. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Must be able to multi-task and work with multiple customers at a time in the store and on the telephone. Must be self-motivated and able to stay busy during slow periods. Must clearly speak, read, write and comprehend English. Ability to lift and/or move merchandise up to 35 pounds. Ability to climb and descend a ladder to retrieve or move merchandise. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours). A flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holiday availability. Regular and predictable attendance. Must be at least 18 years old. Direct Deposit is required.
