Build relationships with local homebuilders and Realtors. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have all necessary information for informed purchasing decisions. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or retail software is a plus but not required.
