Position Summary:

As a GMC Sales Consultant at Lake City GMC, you will be at the heart of our sales operation, working directly with customers to help them explore and purchase the latest GMC models. You will provide exceptional customer service, share your knowledge of GMC vehicles, and create lasting relationships with clients. Your goal will be to help customers find their dream vehicle while achieving personal and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right GMC vehicle based on their needs and preferences Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase GMC’s features and benefits Explain financing and leasing options, assisting customers through the purchase process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMC’s product lineup, promotions, and specials Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Utilize dealership CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales activities Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required (automotive experience a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales goals and targets Professional appearance and a positive attitude Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
