Wireless Sales Associate Position Available In DeSoto, Florida

Wireless Sales Associate U.S. Cellular 137 Main Street, Mexico, ME 04257 Community Cellular is a locally owned wireless retailer that provides US Cellular products and services. We are currently seeking a friendly, detail oriented sales associate to join our team. As a sales associate, you will experience many different facets of the cellular world, including sales, technical support, troubleshooting, account management, and general customer service. We are seeking out an individual who is able to bring outstanding customer service skills to our location. Due to the face to face nature of our in-store transactions, our sales associates must provide high levels of patience, product knowledge, time management, and communication skills. All sales associates work in a fast paced, high energy and extremely involved environment, requiring high levels of multitasking.

Other responsibilities and qualities include:

Answering phones and directing correspondence Greeting customers of all ages Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word and Excel) Processing payments Communication and active listening skills Maintaining an active inventory Professional and polite attitude Requirements Experience in sales Prior knowledge with cellular or other wireless solutions High School Diploma/GED This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, which any employee can participate in following successful completion of a 90-day prohibition period.
