Front Desk Agent Sky Glass Solutions LLC Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sky Glass Solutions, a premier retail shop specializing in high-quality glass products and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for retail and customer interaction. The Front Desk will manage customer inquiries, process transactions, and assist with product information to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transaction details.
• Handle product inquiries, modifications, and returns in accordance with store policies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or in-person, providing information about products and services.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and ensuring all equipment is functional.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
• Uphold store standards of service excellence while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customers.(Portuguese prefered)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours.(8am-4pm & Monday-Friday)
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
