Manufacturing Team Lead 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL 32256 The Team Lead is responsible for production and supervising employees within the department. Duties and responsibilities Managing and providing direction for a team. Monitoring productivity and motivating individuals to meet goals. Must have knowledge of all processes for parts produced within the department. Accountable for all labor efficiency and department goals. Must ensure all team members are properly trained before being put in production on their own. Must be willing to perform activities of workers supervised. Keep the area, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Maintain and properly care for all molds/tools/equipment. Turn in daily production reports in a timely manner. Sustain high levels of product quality, with a target of zero quality defects or complaints. Keep the entire department in compliance with safety and environmental policies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skills and Qualifications Previous equipment repair and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Ability to move up to 50 lbs. Must be dependable and reliable, good attendance is important. Display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and have the ability to prioritize.
