Sales Associate – Home Services HD Roofing & Repair, LLC 10142 103rd Street, Jacksonville, FL 32210 Overview HD Roofing & Repairs is growing fast, and we’re looking to add motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to our Jacksonville base team —as well as qualified candidates in our Brunswick and St. Augustine branches . If you enjoy helping homeowners protect their biggest investment and want a flexible schedule with strong income potential, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners through direct outreach, inspections, and follow-up Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up Educate clients on roofing and repair solutions, insurance processes, and available options Assess property conditions and identify repair or replacement needs Collaborate with our production and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Track leads, inspections, and client interactions in CRM software Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, home services, or construction is a plus (but not required – we train the right people) Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude (required) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals Comfortable with in-person interactions and physical job site visits Ability to quickly learn about roofing systems and inspection techniques Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Why HD Roofing & Repairs?
