Sports Card Appraiser and Retail Team Member Dick & Jane’s Sportscards Inc 1833 Dean Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216 We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Members and Sports Buyer to join our dynamic sports cards shop team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Team Member, you will assist customers, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice on sports cards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive attitude. Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling. Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system. Participate in promotional activities and sales events. Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and other team members. Monitor and report any stock discrepancies or issues to management. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions. $15.00 – $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
