Doorman/Security Riviera 615 Condominium Inc Pensacola, FL 32507 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management and surveillance, as well as the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Responsibilities The basic duty is to provide friendly, courteous and willing service to the residents, guests, service providers and contractors. Familiar with electronic check ins is preferred but not required. Upon arrival on each shift, review the Guest Registration and Key Logs and communicate any outstanding issues if needed. Assist residents in unloading luggage, groceries, etc. from vehicles. Grocery carts are available, as well as a luggage cart. Ability to lift up to 35lbs Maintain accurate logs of incidents, visitor entries, and any unusual occurrences. Training to be provided. Must be able to stand for periods of time during shift. Full job description available during interview. Qualifications Certification in CPR and First Aid knowledge is welcomed. Familiarity with CCTV systems. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
