Sales Associate Tobacco Plus 2 2600 West Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32534 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Previous experience in vape stores, or technical knowledge of products(enough to help customers) is absolutely NEEDED. We cannot hire someone who does not meet this specific qualification.
• Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
• Strong understanding of retail math concepts
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of stocking procedures to keep inventory organized and accessible Duties
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and displays
• Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or issues
• Supervise and train new sales staff as needed
