Job Summary:

TOP CLASS AUTO LLC

is hiring for a full-time Team Member to support daily operations at a family-owned automotive dealership. This position involves working with customers in person and by phone, handling inventory, payments, sales, and other dealership needs. We are looking for someone professional, dependable, and customer-focused.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with vehicle inventory and payment processing (Buy Here, Pay Here) Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person Support collections and general sales activity Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Handle customer questions and basic administrative tasks Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Other duties as needed to support operations

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be 18 years or older due to auto insurance coverage requirements for operating dealership vehicles. High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License required Computer experience is strongly preferred No minimum work experience required – employer will train the right person Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are a plus Hospitality, retail, or call center background is helpful but not required
