Right now, we’re looking for an AT&T Sales Associate to join our growing team. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of AT&T—building real connections with customers, solving problems, and driving sales that make an impact. What You’ll Do:

Start and grow strong relationships with customers, helping them understand the latest AT&T products and servicesDeliver a standout experience that drives sales and keeps customers coming back Use product knowledge to lead confident sales conversations—no need for discounts when the value speaks for itself Support customers with questions or concerns in a helpful, professional wayCollaborate with fellow AT&T sales associates to brainstorm and test new ways to boost performance and improve the customer journey Take pride in hitting sales goals and helping customers find solutions that truly meet their needs

What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s degree preferred, but not required At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or another entry-level role working with customers A positive, team-first attitude and a strong desire to help customers Self-starter mentality—you’re motivated by growth and excited to improve Strong communication skills and a natural ability to negotiate with confidence A coachable mindset and hunger to learn—you don’t need to know it all yet, just be eager to grow
