Duties & Responsibilities:
Open/Close the dispensary depending on shift Correctly check identification documents to verify min/max age requirements for your products/sales. Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions. Keep abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. Correctly weigh, package and label cannabis products as required. Process customer payments using the dispensary’s Point of Sale (POS) system. Educate, sample and follow-up with customers regarding all cannabis products. Communicate with and resolve customer complaints and operational issues. Navigate between team and individual work environments. Notify the manager of operational matters ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked for all shifts.
