Retail Sales Associate Twist smoke shop 3801 West Gandy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33611

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
• Sell and promote products
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist by restocking shelves
• Follow company policies and procedures for sales and customer service

Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for answering customer calls and inquiries
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing payments accurately
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
