In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that our store operates smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. to showcase features and benefits to customers. Post and answer questions on all social media platforms. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries regarding products or services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Fostering teamwork and collaboration is a must. Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for professional interactions with customers over the phone. Familiarity with furniture and decor is beneficial. Able to complete a backgound check Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions securely. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features to potential buyers.
