Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to operational standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Manage store budget and expenses effectively

Skills:

• Strong mathematical skills for managing inventory, sales, and financial reports
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone
