Responsibilities:
Hybrid Role Customer service, sales – 75% Basic Vehicle Service, Oil, tires 25% This role is primarily responsible for serving the customer through assessing their needs, recommending appropriate services, performing entry-level vehicle services. In this role you will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the customer and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required. Assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support the business. Store operations, opening/closing. Imdividuals will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks in a “as needed basis”. It implies a flexible approach where action is taken only when a specific requirement or deficiency arises. Apprenticeship actually pays you to learn, make money while you learn, allowing you to gain hands-on experience. Is a career pathway where employers develop and prepare their workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience.
