This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of smoke shop products. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring that all products are displayed and stocked appropriately. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection. Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including product displays. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Educate customers about various products, including tobacco, vaping supplies, and accessories. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed. Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding the sale of tobacco products. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Assist in the implementation of promotional activities to drive sales. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of smoke shop products, including tobacco, vaping supplies, and accessories is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years old due to product regulations. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and trends in the industry.
