Vero Beach Clay Shooting Sports, Vero Beach, Florida Position Overview:

Elite Shotguns is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Shotgun Sales Associate to join the team at our Vero Beach Clay Shooting Sports location – a premier sporting clay facility in Vero Beach, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing shotguns and related gear. Provide advice on shotgun models, specifications, and suitability for clay shooting and competition use. Maintain knowledge of current shotgun inventory, product lines, and industry trends. Ensure proper handling and safe demonstration of all shotguns in accordance with safety guidelines. Support sales transactions, paperwork, and compliance with all ATF regulations. Complete and process 4473 forms and background checks through the FDLE website. Coordinate with management on inventory needs and order fulfillment. Provide excellent customer service to members, visitors, and competitors at the club. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom space.

Qualifications:

Skilled in precise shotgun fitting and providing a tailored, customer-centric experience. Previous experience in shotgun sales and customer service. Deep knowledge of shotguns and clay shooting sports (sporting clay, trap & skeet). Must be eligible to possess or purchase a firearm yourself. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with compliance protocols. Ability to work independently and represent the Elite Shotguns brand professionally.

Schedule:

The facility is open every day except Tuesday Summer Hours (Now through August 31st): 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Regular Season Hours (September 1st through May): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Some weekend and some holiday availability is required Early morning shifts are typical; flexibility is a plus
