In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key part in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our grocery store environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and promotions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Utilize retail math skills to assist in pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
