Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing retail business specializing in electronic transportation products. We are seeking a reliable, computer-savvy Office Assistant who thrives in a retail setting and enjoys interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-office support and customer assistance in a professional and friendly manner Operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS (Point of Sale) software efficiently Process and reconcile cash and card transactions with accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area, including front-of-store appearance Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping Support inventory management including receiving and stocking products Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly Collaborate with the retail team to support promotions and sales initiatives
Requirements:
