Manage stock levels by replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to foster a collaborative team environment. Maintain phone etiquette by handling customer inquiries professionally via phone, ensuring all questions are answered promptly. Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling additional items to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Skills Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
