We are located in the heart of downtown Fort Myers as a busy and prominent shopping emporium, offering a mix of products: art work, home furnishings, fashion, jewelry, beauty, gifts, and more! We house around 75 individually-owned small retailers under one roof, making each customer’s visit a truly unique experience. We would describe our ideal sales associate like this: you are people-oriented, love to work within a team and to make connections with customers and other staff; you have a passion for small business and appreciation for unique, handmade, and artistic items; you are punctual, professional in appearance, and reliable; you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy keeping a neat, organized environment around you; and, you are able to work efficiently and accurately in a busy setting.
Duties include:
Monitoring sales floor and engaging customers to answer questions or make item recommendations Ringing up customers at registers Maintaining clean and organized retail space Assisting management as needed Previous customer service experience in retail is preferred. Our store is open 7 days per week and we offer flexible day or evening shifts. We need candidates with availability for 2-4 shifts per week (including weekends) .
