The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience from the moment they enter until they leave. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and entryways. Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate orders accurately and efficiently. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures. Uphold health and safety regulations while providing service. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a collaborative spirit and willingness to assist colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.
