Full Job Description About Us:

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to offering a wide selection of RVs, an excellent service department, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team to oversee our service department and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

The Service Shop Leader/Foreman will be responsible for managing daily shop operations and leading a team of RV service technicians.

Key duties include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of service technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Diagnosing complex technical issues and providing effective solutions. Ensuring that all service work is performed in compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications. Training and mentoring service technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. Managing inventory and ordering parts to ensure timely repairs. Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers to provide updates on repair status and recommendations. Monitoring shop productivity and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Service Shop Leader or Foreman in the RV or automotive industry. Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. RVTI or RVDA certifications Highly Preferred , Master Certification Preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
