As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in various operational tasks within our establishment. This position requires a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the café area. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations. Support retail operations by applying basic retail math skills for inventory management. Participate in sales initiatives to promote menu items and special offers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Basic understanding of retail math for inventory tracking and sales reporting is beneficial. Cash handling experience is preferred, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
