In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their mobile needs, ensuring they have a seamless experience while showcasing the latest products and services. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology. Duties Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their mobile needs. Provide expert advice on mobile products, services, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store or similar environment. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
