Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service :

Greet and assist customers in selecting cannabinoid products that meet their specific needs. Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

Sales Transactions :

Process customer purchases through the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and ensure all transactions are accurate.

Product Knowledge :

Maintain an in-depth understanding of all cannabinoid products (CBD, Delta-8, etc.), their uses, benefits, and potential effects. Educate customers on product usage and dosage.

Compliance :

Ensure that all sales and interactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding cannabinoid and hemp-derived products.

Inventory Management :

Assist in receiving, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels. Help with store displays and product promotions.

Store Maintenance :

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with merchandising and product displays to enhance the shopping experience.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings.

Upselling :

Suggest complementary products to increase the customer’s shopping experience and boost store sales.

Qualifications :

Experience :

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, particularly in the cannabis or wellness industry, but not required.

Communication Skills :

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and professionally.

Customer Focused :

A passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs and providing exceptional service.

Knowledge of Cannabinoid Products :

Basic understanding of CBD, Delta-8, and other cannabinoids (training will be provided).

Dependability :

Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.

Adaptability :

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in product offerings, regulations, and customer needs.

Legal Age Requirement :

Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on local regulations) to work in a cannabinoid retail environment.
