Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing sales transactions. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and special offers to customers. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience with product demos is a plus, showcasing your ability to highlight product features.
