Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Use effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for handling transactions
