Courtesy Clerk (Coral Gables East) 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 3050 SW 37th Avenue, Miami, FL 33133 This position will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service and assistance to customers at the check-stand, bagging groceries, providing carryout service of customers purchases, and in other areas of the store as assigned. Provides premier customer service, including greeting customers and answering questions. Bags customers’ purchases in accordance with store procedures Takes customer carts to the parking lot and unloads groceries into customer vehicles. Retrieves shopping carts from the parking lot Helps customers locate products throughout the store. Assists in cleaning duties as assigned Assists in other duties throughout the store as assigned by management personnel Qualifications Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service Ability to interpret and follow instructions Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs.) Ability to stand for extended periods of time Preferred Qualifications Ability to work well with others and be an effective team member A passion for serving people Work Conditions Courtesy Clerks perform their duties primarily at the front end of the store, with exposure to various temperature changes due to outside weather conditions.
