This is a vital role in maintaining the safety, atmosphere, and welcoming environment of our establishment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in creating a positive guest experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Monitor guest entry to ensure compliance with age requirements and dress code policies. Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter any unwanted behavior. Manage guest lines, control entry flow, and prevent overcrowding. De-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally. Coordinate with management and staff regarding any safety or behavioral concerns. Assist in emergency procedures when necessary. Check identification and ensure no banned individuals are allowed entry.

Requirements:

Prior experience in security, nightlife, hospitality, or similar role required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presence, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Must be comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must pass a background check prior to employment.
