Right now, we need tofill an Entry Level Sales Associate position that will symbolizeour brand with pride, integrity, and excellent customer service.
The position’s primary responsibility is to promote and sell ourclient’s products and services directly in person to our customerbase. We believe that having a conversation in person with thecustomer at their home is where they are most comfortable talkingabout their needs. The quality of our client’s products andservices is far better than anything on the market now, so thecustomer experience is an essential part of this role. The EntryLevel Sales Associate is the direct link between our clients andtheir consumer base. If you are social, want to improve yourcommunication skills, or simply want to gain experience in Sales,this position may be right for you! Someone with a background inCustomer Service, Sales, or Business typically excels in this role.
Since the Entry Level Sales Associate is the frontman of our brand,they are an essential part of our team. Taking on a more prominentrole in the telecommunications field, we need someone who will becomfortable presenting our services to the customers in person,directly, at their homes.
Entry Level Sales AssociateResponsibilities:
Create personal relationships with our customerson behalf of our clients with a professional attitude, transparentcommunication, and a lending ear to all problems that need aresolution. Schedule service appointments and troubleshoot anycustomer problems with the current services they are enrolled in.
Be proficient in maneuvering through customer complaints withprofessionalism. Provide feedback to the Sales team and communicateall customer concerns to management. Become well versed in theclient information concerning products, services, discounts, anddeals they offer.
