Job Description :

As an Entry-Level Event Sales Associate / Account Manager , you’ll play a key role in fostering strong client relationships and boosting sales efforts. This hands-on, face-to-face position will involve working closely with both clients and internal teams to plan and execute events, enhance our marketing strategies, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales plans. Identify and pursue new business prospects, aiming to exceed sales targets. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback to refine sales tactics. Assist in organizing and delivering live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both clients and attendees. Manage event-related tasks, from planning to follow-up, to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in sales or account management is beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Self-driven with a passion for achieving results. Comfortable engaging with clients in face-to-face settings and representing the brand at events.
