Our building is supported by a small team of friendly and helpful staff members. We value the ability to connect with those around us. The front desk clerk plays a vital role, working directly with residents, guests, and vendors. Responsibilities include delivering packages, escorting residents and guests, creating service requests, and collaborating with the valet team. Immediate opportunity for all positions available

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Good Communication skills Ability to provide customer service Performed packaging, inventory of accessories, and delivery. Perform building inspections Customer Service clerks must be clean-shaven, keep their hair trimmed and neat, have good hygiene, and keep their uniforms in excellent condition. Have a reliable car to enter the island. Employees must have the ability to work well with others.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, colleagues, and guests. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Must be experienced in front desk

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English (Required) Spanish (Preferred)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk on the property, and climb stairs. The employee must be able to lift, push and /or move up at least 10 pounds.
