The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and preferences Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and quality of the jewelry Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the jewelry industry, is preferred Ability to supervise and train junior staff members Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
