In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in a retail environment, specifically within the mobile technology sector. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions about their mobile needs, enhancing their overall shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Demonstrate knowledge of mobile products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls and provide support as needed. Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems while maintaining attention to detail. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and ensuring that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Assist in training new staff on best practices in customer service and product knowledge. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a wider customer base. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing inventory and sales analysis. A passion for technology and staying updated on the latest mobile trends is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
