Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and providing tailored solutions. Engage in retail sales activities, including promoting mobile products and services to meet customer needs. Supervise daily operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. Maintain accurate inventory levels by managing stock and conducting regular inventory checks. Utilize basic math skills for transactions, ensuring accurate processing of sales. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer calls or inquiries. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for customers. Proven retail sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Supervisory skills that enable effective team management and motivation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling products. Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional customer interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
