In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our products in grocery stores. As a Mobile Expert, you will engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in upselling to enhance their shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Engage with customers in grocery store settings to promote products and services. Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management. Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure optimal visibility. Supervise promotional events and activities, ensuring adherence to company standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is essential. Experience with POS systems is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. A background in supervising teams or events is beneficial.
