You will assist with product demonstrations, manage cash handling, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and customer service. Qualifications Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is essential. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions. Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer preferences. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
