The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a background in retail environments. Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
- Supervise and train new team members as needed Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in an art store setting
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
