The primary responsibilities of this role are to drive sales numbers, perform product presentations, and maximize consumer sales engagement.

Is competitive Can handle accountability on valuable inventory Has an eye for consumer trending Communicates professionally and effectively Has a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices Proficient in POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Basic math skills for calculations

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Maintain strong relationships with clientele
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
• Train and educate staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, including product placement, pricing, and signage.
