Sales Associate Shima Home Decor 7200 NW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33166 Welcome to the Shima Home Decor Family! We’re a small, women-owned business specializing in beautiful home décor, greenery, flower arrangements, and seasonal holiday pieces—especially Christmas! With a team of fewer than 10, we operate more like a close-knit family than a big-box store, and we’re looking for someone special to join us.

Position:

Part-Time Sales Associate (with potential to grow into full-time) As we gear up for our busy holiday season, we’re looking for a reliable, bilingual Sales Associate who can handle high volume and keep up with the fast pace of our store. You’ll be working closely under the guidance of our Sales Manager, assisting in all areas: Sales, inventory, organization, deliveries, and keeping the space tidy. It’s a very hands-on environment, and everyone helps each other.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone bilingual (Spanish/English required) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent customer service Willing to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed Good with communication—both in-person and over the phone Experience with sales and product demos is a plus Familiarity with Square POS is helpful but not required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Help customers find what they need and recommend products Run transactions at the register with accuracy and care Restock shelves and help manage inventory Keep the store clean and organized Support deliveries and incoming shipments Work together with team members to hit store goals If you love home decor, thrive in a team setting, and are ready to jump in and be a part of something special, we’d love to meet you!
