Sales Associate Vapor Shark Doral Doral, FL 33126 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting inventory checks. Assist in product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing strategies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications Previous experience in retail Smoke Shop environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking. Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential. The candidate must be at least 21 years old.
