Sales Associate/Cashier Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Merrick Park 235 Altara Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33146 Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Merrick Park is looking for a professional, motivated, & friendly Retail Sales Associate with previous retail experience to join our pack! Ideal candidate will have great compassion and love for animals, a strong commitment to customer service, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Woof Gang Bakery is a leader in the pet franchise industry providing the very best in pet care. Each Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming location is a neighborhood store, offering gourmet dog treats, healthy pet foods, pet supplies, accessories and pet grooming.

Experience:

• Retail sales/customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Pet industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service:

1 year (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Be a pet lover
• English and Spanish fluency Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs
• Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients
• Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Create and maintain personal clientele info with regular communication and customer follow-up
• Actively participate in merchandising standards
• Assist staff in driving store initiatives
• Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional and personal appearance
• Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
