At Phoenix Solutions, our Sales &Service Associate are dedicated to making windshield and auto glassconcerns hassle-free for our customers, from first contact to finalinstallation. As an Sales & Service Associate, you will be the faceof our company, interacting directly with customers to assess theirauto glass needs, explain service options, and coordinate efficientsolutions. The Sales & Service Associate guides clients through theprocess of windshield and glass replacement, working closely withour technicians to ensure a smooth and professional experience fromstart to finish.
Sales & Service Associate Responsibilities:
TheSales & Service Associate will serve as the first point of contactfor customers visiting our location. Greet each client with afriendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortableand confident in our services from the moment they walk in.
Actively listen to clients to understand the nature of theirwindshield or auto glass issues. Ask relevant questions todetermine the extent of the damage and the best course of action,whether repair or full replacement. Clearly explain availableservice options, including types of glass, repair vs. replacementrecommendations, and any associated warranties. Provide realistictimeframes for service completion and manage client expectationsthroughout the process. Use the Sales & Service Associatescheduling software to book appointments efficiently, ensuringoptimal workflow for glass technicians. Confirm availability,communicate timing to clients, and make adjustments as needed toaccommodate urgent cases or rescheduling. Assist clients withinsurance-related topics, including claim submissions, verificationof coverage, and communication with insurance providers. Ensure alldocumentation is accurate and complete to avoid delays in service.
Reach out to clients after service to confirm their satisfaction,answer any follow-up questions, and resolve any outstandingconcerns. Maintain positive client relationships to encouragerepeat business and referrals.
