As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience during the busy season. Duties Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves as necessary. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks. Experience with retail sales techniques, including upselling and product promotion, is a plus.
